Ceilings will be finished with putty and OBD.
All exterior walls will be finished with emulsion paint.
Main door will be melamine finished.
All other doors, windows and French doors will be enamel finished.
Gates and Grills will be enamel finished.
Note : The color and brand of the paint will be as per the choice of the Party of the First Part.
